Welcome: Focus on Undernutrition is developed by award-winning Consultant Dietitian Rachael Masters (MSc, BSc), who has over 25 years dietetic experience of working with care homes and older people. We provide care staff and caters in care homes with expert nutrition training, specialising in the management of undernutrition, dysphagia, menu planning and special diets.
